Bipolar voltage detector for DC voltage for Railway

Application:

Bipolar voltage detector to carry out the verification of absence of voltage between the catenary and the rail for DC voltages from 600 to 2000 V DC.

  • Functional check (self-test) by pressing the test button which triggers:
    • Release of the test button: lighting of the 6 green LEDs.
    • Sound signal (60 dB at 2 m);
    • Lighting of the 6 red LEDs.
  • The presence of voltage is indicated by:
    • Lighting of the 6 red LEDs;
    • Sound signal (60 dB at 2m).

Characteristics:

  • Device in permanent standby mode: no prior adjustment necessary according to the voltage of the installation (CC-1515/104).
  • Handle of connection detector/rail box fixing on the rail by 2 leaf springs (CC-1515/105).
  • Resistive antenna equipped with a contact probe with 60º angled (CC-1515/102) which is fixed on the pole.
  • Detector/handle connection cable (CC-1515/103).
  • Power supply by 9V battery type 6LR61.
